How long after an order is placed until you ship?
Our current handling time for most of the shop is 2-3 business days. There are certain items (namely ring protectors) that have extended handling time denoted on their listings of 1-2 weeks.
What is your return policy?
We allow returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but upon its safe arrival back will be issued a full refund. Please email us at fancornercreations@gmail.com before you ship it out so we can watch out for it!
Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
Our earrings are all made using surgical steele. I myself have very sensitive ears and have never experienced an issue. But to be safe always make sure you wash the posts of any earrings you purchase!
Are your earrings heavy?
Excellent question! Each earring is carefully designed to be as light as possible despite being dangle style. Bigger designs such as Thor Hammer's are even hollow. None of our designs should pull at you uncomfortably. :)
